Hi, I’m Chris Morton, and welcome to my Leeds Guitar Lessons website.

I teach guitar lessons in Headingley & Burley, and travel to students homes, as well as teaching guitar lessons online via Skype. Whether you’re a complete beginner, or you’ve been playing guitar for years, I’ll design a course of study that’s just right for you or your child.

Styles

I teach Rock Guitar, Blues Guitar, Folk Guitar, and many more styles. I specialise in teaching Chords, Strumming & Fingerstyle, with an emphasis on practical musicianship. If you’re looking to learn a specific style, I’m happy to help. Those looking for a more general approach can expect to be introduced to a whole world of guitar playing.

Are you a parent looking for guitar lessons for your child?

For younger students (age 7+), I have a colour coded system that makes learning guitar easy and fun. I am fully DBS checked, and a member of the . Students can be guided through the RGT grades, if they wish. These grades equate to UCAS points, which are used to apply for colleges and universities.
