I‘m from South Carolina. I spent my summers growing up in Wolfeboro, NH on Lake Winnepesaukee. I have an English Degree with a Business minor. I also have an MBA with a concentration in strategy. I like taking random photos and video. I published a book on how to use the framework. I have a huge cookbook collection. My mother died when I was 14 from Leukemia. I like college football, a lot. I was a Cub, Webelo and Boy Scout. I enjoy bird hunting. I’m technologically advanced. I can draw really well, but I have poor handwriting. My favorite bands are the Allman Brothers, the Grateful Dead and Radiohead. I often, and currently, have the title of “Professor.” I went to an all-boys boarding school in Virginia. I’m the owner of a popular . I can fix cars. I don’t drink. I know how to use a wide range of software programs really well, frm Excel to Photoshop. I wear bow ties a lot. I lived in Asheville, NC in my late 30’s. My first job was picking tomatoes and butterbeans on an oldplantation when I was 15. I’m an only child. I’m sarcastic. I have a great stepdaughter. I’m good at playing the acoustic guitar. I have a beautiful young daughter. I was in Harvard Business Review. I had a Lebanese grandfather and Welsh grandmother. I’ve held real estate licenses in both SC and KY. We had a beach house at Alligator Point growing up that my grandfather built. I’ve been an editor. I was born in Atlanta. I lived in Beaufort and Bluffton, SC for several years. I’m an ocean person. I never change my contact lenses. I was a lifeguard one summer during college at the Fort Jackson NCO club. I’ve renovated (very) old houses. I spent 3 months trekking through New Zealand with 2 friends after college. My wife is a Marketing PhD. I took art lessons for 7 years. I’m a P.A.D.I. certified diver. I majored in media arts briefly at the University of South Carolina. I took golf and tennis lessons every summer growing up. My family’s from Albany, Georgia. I did the highest bungee jumpin the southern hemisphere. I’ve never seen Gone with the Wind, Titanic or The Sound of Music. I’m a very skilled cook. I have a coin collection. I believe strongly in adopting pets from Humane shelters (and spaying and neutering your pets). I know how to accurately throw a cast net. I developed a marketing management class which I teach to 35 University students. We had a beach house at Holden Beach, NC growing up. I took care of 13 puppies and dogs at once. I love dark chocolate. I lived in Alabama for several years, and still own a house in Tuscaloosa. I can juggle. I’ve won awards for marksmanship and archery. My first word was “hot.” I’m an only grandchild. I’ve rafted through underground caves. I change my own oil and filters. My favorite color is red. I’ve lived in every southern state except Mississippi and Tennessee(and Arkansas, if you count that. I don’t.) I’m a neat-freak. I’m good with my hands. I hate litter. I took 2 years of Latin. Politically, I fit the Libertarianmold the best. I’m an introvert, but I enjoy public speaking. I love snow-skiing, but can’t water-ski. I was a KA in college. I can pilot boats. I’ve rafted through caves with glow worms. I’ve graduated from both an SEC-east school and an SEC-west school. I’ve played nearly every sport imaginable, from squash to wrestling. I once owned a Jersey Mike’s franchise. I’ve swum with the Dusky Dolphins. I’ve been in movies. I’m good at woodworking. I used to surf a lot. I was an insurance adjuster. I’ve kept an alligator as a pet. My favorite cake is carrot cake. The first song I learned on the guitar was “Diane” by Husker Du. My last meal would be fried chicken, black-eyed peas, green beans, cornbread and sweet iced tea. I’m a Gemini. I built and flew RC airplanes when I was a kid and still love aircraft.
