The Video istaken in the last 5 minutes of the lesson and then loaded. If you forget your flash drive we will email it to you. Beginner to Advanced Guitar Lessons. Our guitar teachers have professional backgrounds and are extremely knowledgeable in most styles of music from Pop to Folk to Rock, Metal and Blues. We also offer SHRED SCHOOL lessons for those guitarists looking to improve their technique and become more advanced players.  We have many guitars on hand and this is often a time saver for busy parents with more than one child. It also helps us start the guitar lesson earlier and make the most of the 30 minutes you spend with us. Flexible schedule. Once you have come on board with ZONE we will do our best to accommodate schedule changes within reason as required. Holidays and Family Illnesses often require moving to a different time slot etc. Free Student Showcases. We put on these events every 2 months at a local club/restaurant and make sure the students who choose to perform arecompletely confident with the song that they will perform. Nothing creates more self-confidence and builds self-esteem like hearing people applaud for a song you just played. No other Music School in the area puts on as many events as ZONE and has as high a performance level as our students do. ZONE Youth Jam. Beginning this September we will be running a Youth Jam run by our teaching Staff every 2nd week at the West Shore Bar and Grill in Pickering. These jams led to one of our students winning the guitar spot on the Q-107 Kid Mitchell Band Contest. Ayden Jacobs is among the top 3 or 4 students we have and is a very self-motivated and determined young gentlemen with a lot of talent. Community Benefits. We have partnered with Big Brother and Big Sisters of Pickering and will be announcing a benefit very soon to be held on October 5th featuring various local acts. Our first Benefit with BB&BS was a success and we have greater goals for this one. We will also have a donation box at theYouth Jam events for BB&BS. Rock Band Classes. We offerweekly Rock Band classes where we your child together with other students of similar level to work on songs and learn how to play in a band in a live format. Many of these bands have performed at our showcases and had a lot of fun playing at them in front of friends and family. Zone Shred School Guitar Lessons. These classes are for Electric guitarists who want to play at higher skill levels and learn Advanced theory and technique. Student of the Month Awards. Every month a student who has put forth a strong effort to progress and advance their skill level has their picture posted in our bulletin board in the waiting room.
