PEOPLE

– Bass player extraordinaire and impeccably sharp-dressed man.

Gary Nicholson and Michael O’Brien

– Stunning photographer. Great human.

– An amazing photographer, who took the photos others couldn’t.

– Keyboard wiz, co-producer of Marathon.

MIchael Ramos discovers his inner-Zorro.

– The coolest guy on BBC Scotland, a great songwriter, and Deacon Blue whip-cracker.

– One incredible musician, writer, and lover of tonic and gin.

– Musicians know he’s a go-to photographer. The man behind The Sound of Austin.

– This guy is all Irish soul — even if he does live in France.

– Gents, buy your girl some jewelry here.

 

PLACES

– Spreading the love of music to those who need a hand up.

– My favorite restaurant in Austin.

– Best place in Austin for a trim. Ask for a No. 4 on the sides, a little longer on top.

– Serious tapas in South Austin.

– If you’re anywhere near Oklahoma City, you need to know about this place.

– PR for all things worth talking about.

– Take luggage advice from a guy who travels 100,000 miles a year.

– This group walks the walk when it comes to helping vets.

– Don’t mess around. Get yourself a Collings. I admit to three.

– The good people at Compass put out music they love. Luckily they like mine.

– This is the place to go in Glasgow.

– The food of South India, in Peckham (That’s in South London, fyi).

– On a little side street in Kensington lies the most fantastic shop ever.

– My fave young adult fiction review site (I’m biased on this one.)
