Neil Thomas – Home EP

Hi There! My  name is Matt and I write songs. I call my music, “Fun Loving-Sunny-Day, Acoustic Music!” I sing, play the acoustic guitar, the ukulele and the harmonica.

-I’ve been playing the guitar since I was 11 years old and the ukulele since 2009.

-I play the bass guitar and the piano but not in public!

-I love to read, I like to run, ride my bike and I just started curling.

-My dad was a huge music fan and I grew up listening to tons of great singer/songwriters: Gordon Lightfoot, John Denver, Jim Croce, Harry Chapin, Bill Staines, Joan Baez, Kris Kristofferson, Peter, Paul and Mary, The Kingston Trio, etc. etc.

-My Top 5 Favorite Musicians: John Prine, Lyle Lovett, Gordon Lightfoot, Jimmy Buffett and Johnny Cash. But on any given day I could add Jerry Jeff Walker, Todd Snider, Bruce Springsteen and a few others to that list.
