Blessing

Hi Everyone! I have great news about my recording project. It is done! It is right. It has been a long, challenging road. The original recording deal I had fell apart so I did it anyway because I can do that if I want. Now it is time to set it free… The album is 8 songs. It is titled W.A.I.S.T.D? which is one of the tracks on the album. There is a line in the song that asks, “What am I supposed to do?” and my son Jeff told me it was too long for a song title so I came up with the acronym that seemed fitting for the subject of the song. I play Acoustic Guitars and sing the songs. The band is: Bassist Dave Kelsen, Drummer Manny Ramos, Violinist Eric Brenton, Samantha Materile on Piano, Lead Guitarist Mark Drummond and Vulcho Bonev on Electric Guitars and Hammond L3. The vocals are backed up by Bree Brixton and Christine Santa Ana. The band is joined by Jeff Vanags on Ukulele on the song This is My Home.

The songs were produced by Michael Vanags and Samantha Materile. They were recorded and engineered by Vulcho Bonev at Vucanic Studioz, Costa Mesa, CA. Mastering was done by Noel Golden, Nashville, TN.

The record is out there in cyberspace and available for purchase on CD Baby, iTunes, Amazon Music and other digital marketplaces. I thank you all for your patience. I will be playing some shows soon and will post them on my FB Music Page and everywhere else I can.
